I had the pleasure of interviewing sexuality and relationship educator, Reid Mihalko, in preparation for my recent article, Speaking Up. As you may have read, Reid played a formative part in my journey in advocating for myself and learning to ask for what I want without shame. Without Reid, I would never have become a sex educator myself!
In this video, you’ll hear/watch a great conversation between Reid and me as we discuss how to master awkward moments or insecurities, how authenticity helps you win with your partners, and what can get in the way of your partner asking for what they want.
